Solvulate provides an AI agent that performs automated actions on your server, such as installing WordPress, creating themes, managing files, and installing plugins, based solely on your instructions.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing lawful instructions to the AI agent.
• You are responsible for managing and securing your server access.
• You must review and test all generated code and configurations.

5. Credits, Billing, and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. AI Agent Requests are provided as usage-based credits and are non-refundable. Unused credits may expire at the end of each billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

6. AI Disclaimer

The Services use artificial intelligence and may produce inaccurate or unexpected results. Solvulate does not guarantee the correctness, security, or suitability of generated output.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solvulate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Solvulate during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
